DESCRIPTION:Be the first to play and explore the newest interactive exhibit at the IMAS\, The Studio / El estudio\, opening to the public on Saturday\, August 31\, 2024!\nIMAS Members get early access for a bonus hour of play at 9:00 AM on August 31\, an hour before the general public.\nThis event is free for members and one of a series of exhibit previews and special experiences reserved for IMAS Members. Membership may be purchased at the door or online in advance.\nKairos Coffee will be on site to treat our visitors.\n \nAbout The Studio:\nHave you ever wondered how the science of physics complements the art of painting\, pigments\, and color palettes? The International Museum of Art & Science’s The Studio interactive gallery allows you to explore the fundamentals of art and science through light\, color\, sound\, shape\, and motion. In this exhibit you can play with light\, experiment with sound\, design unique patterns\, and more! The Studio is a new space where symmetry\, geometry\, pattern\, and composition come together with color\, light\, movement and sound. The Studio ignites your creativity and sparks a love for artistic and scientific exploration!\n¿Alguna vez te has preguntado cómo la ciencia de la física complementa el arte de la pintura\, los pigmentos y las paletas de colores?
