Looking for Runners or anyone who wants to walk off those extra Thanksgiving pounds. Prizes will be given for the best dressed turkey custome. This 5K will take place at Fireman’s Park 201 N. 1st St., McAllen, Saturday, Nov. 25, at 8:00 am. This event will benefit Casa Lidia Maternity House; a shelter for single pregnant women who find themselves with an unplanned pregnancy and without a home.
