Celebrate the power of stories—and the thrill of lucha libre! McAllen Public Library invites families to the 10th annual Día de los Niños / Día de los Libros celebration, happening Sunday, April 27th from 5–7 PM at the Main Library.
This year’s theme, “Champions Read!”, brings together the excitement of professional wrestling and the joy of reading in one action-packed evening. For the first time ever, the event will feature live lucha libre matches from The Texas Wrestling League, along with appearances by local authors, crafts, games, and free books for children and teens (while supplies last).
