February is American Heart Month! Let McAllen Public Library help you “Beat” Heart Disease. Join Texas A&M Agrilife Extension in their 3 – part cooking series designed to promote a healthy heart. Register online at https://mcallenlibrary.libnet.info/events.
The Texas A&M Agrilife Extension focuses on decreasing the incidence of Heart Disease through three interactive and educational classes addressing cooking and eating healthy. The cooking series includes the following classes:
Class 1:The Dash Diet
