DESCRIPTION:This March 2: Night of Ideas comes to McAllen\, TX!\nJoin us at the International Museum of Art & Science (3pm-5pm) and at the McAllen Public Library (5pm-9:30pm) for a FREE event featuring artwork\, talks\, dance\, music\, poetry\, VR\, a drawing\, free food and more!\nTackling the theme of “Borderlands\,” the event aims to reveal the complexities and strengths of border communities. What stories lie beneath the surface of the border? How do individuals navigate the intersections of culture\, language\, and heritage? In what ways can arts and sports encourage community bonding?
